What AirwayFit is about?
Hi, my name is Howard Tseng, I’m the founder of AirwayFit.com. My background is in Biomedical and Mechanical engineering, I’m a certified Buteyko Breathing educator, a member of BBEA and AAPMD. I’ve created this website with ENT specialist Dr. Hung-Cheng Tseng to help you take a new look at how you can take control of snoring, sleep apnea, asthma, and many other breathing or airway related issue, with your own body, naturally.
I’m also a contributing author at Collective-Evolution.
AirwayFit is an internal fitness blog providing tips and training for your airway system, from nostrils to diaphragm. To help you sleep better, breathe easier, and live healthier.
For quiet, healthy sleep. AirwayFit helps you explore the root cause to your snoring, sleep apnea, and insomnia; and show you how to manage these issues from the root cause, rather than only looking at the surface of the problem. We know CPAP, sleep surgeries, mouthpiece, sleeping pills aren’t the long term solutions for these sleeping issues, those solutions only help to “control”, and that’s why people who use them, have to rely on them for life.
We know you can get relief from all these sleeping issues just by improving your airway system, by yourself. We’ve seen the success on ourselves, and on our clients. If you are willing to put in the work, then we are here to help you make the change you want.
